how come the old list from this morning is showing up instead of a widget

I'm in! Yay! (Refreshed 3 times to make sure, it still says I'm #88 - which is really close to my number from this morning, ironically!)

That was quick! I was right there the moment the sign-up list went live, but it was already filled up before I even had a chance to enter!

:( man the widget never showed up for me i came on right at 9 and it was the old list and each time i refresh it's still the old list

I think the widget crashed for a minute. Refresh & it should come back (it did for me)

The widget took several refreshes for me to show up, but it finally did. *crossing fingers now*

Holy cow, I was shaking too!!! I kept refreshing and couldn't see the widget, but I saw the numbers ticking up and up. I think I made it...

I couldn't enter the widget!! I was here right at 9:00 and it wouldn't show up for me. I could see the numbers going up but it wouldn't show up. I don't know what happened. I was waiting all day for it too. I'm disappointed.

I had the same freaky refresh, refresh, refresh (no new entry anywhere) freak out moment as many of you. I even went to twitter to post a comment and saw a false alarm tweet, clicked back and there it was just in time. I BARELY made it.

My question is this: Since the list contains the 75 from this morning, does that mean the top 150 are officially *IN* and the rest will eventually be removed? If so, then I made it. If not, I guess it wasn't meant to be.

Literally shaking right now. Signed in right at 9 and there was no widget. Tried a minute later and I came in #173, I didn't realize they were accepting that many.

I believe only 150 are in. The same thing happened to me. The widget wouldn't show up, took until about 9:02 and by then it was too late. Said 130 at first, then changed to 161. Sigh.

I am so bummed! This is a great opportunity and I was waiting all day for it. I even took the day off of work so I could be here to sign up because I was so excited and I knew how quickly it would go. I have been shaking all day and then it wouldn't work.

So confused. Does anyone know if all of the #'s above 150 are in or not?

They decided at kind of the last minute to accept 100 tonight, so with the 75 from this morning, there's a total of 175 entries. So if you came in under that, and still see your name up, you're in!

I think anything above #175 is in. The first 70 are from this morning. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. Because I'm #160...

I'm sorry about the widget thing. I feel sick. It was my fault. As I was setting it up some people entered early so I had to delete them and reset the widget. I really am sorry. ;(

I was just like the rest of you. Refreshing every ten seconds. I even had all four blogs in separate tabs. I was counting down and then about died when the widget wasn't showing. I was over here cursing & throwing objects at the walls as the seconds slipped by me. Then, out of no where, I clicked the comments to see if other people were having the same trouble and the widget magically showed up. At that point I frantically typed my info in, laughing to myself and somehow I secured the #165 entry. After reading the morning contestants comments, I for sure thought there was a thirty second window before the entries booked up. I can't believe I made it in. Add me people. Let's network. Oh Brenda! It's not your fault! Things just happen. That's technology for you, (spoken like the longhander I am :) and sometimes tech just gets it's own ideas. I mean, Skynet is out there. Don't feel bad! You guys are supreme beings for putting this kind of thing on for all of us! Anyone who gives you crap over a digital blerp can come see me *cracks knuckles* *sends hugs to you* Seriously, don't beat yourself. And that's an order!

I was one of the first people and I got deleted. I refreshed several times and saw that I was 81, so I went ahead to my blog, posted my entry, then sent the email like I was supposed to. Then I came back over here to see who all got in and my name was gone. I am physically sick because I have been preparing for this for weeks, and have been sitting and waiting at both entry times. :(

The 75 from the 1st submission was included in this one so that the entries numbers would be correct. Those who made it in are listed above now. A total of 175 entries.

Aw Bren, don't worry, by the looks of things there will be other opportunities for people who suffered at the hands of technology. I thought I was going mad when I saw half-a-dozen names at 8:57, then it was like a feeding frenzy. There were tears and prayers, but the Angels were on my side. I have chocolate-covered chips and cinnamon latte if it will help....
