Join us for a chance to win an editing prize!
I'm so excited to invite you all to my first Coffee Break Live Chat. Hopefully, if it catches on, and we'll be having a series of live chats with some wonderful and exciting people in our writing community. We'll either discuss writerly things, interview authors, or have live critiques, and there may be door prizes. We'll make it up as we go.
So without going on and on, CA Marshall, agent intern, freelance editor, and author extraordinaire has agreed to be the first
Check Cassandra's services HERE and her writing blog HERE. She offers a boutique like service of edits to fit your budget. I've been giving away free edits from her for a while and everyone who has had one were pleased with their edits. I was having an issue on my own writing and hired her. She pointed out my weaknesses, and it has improved my writing immensely. Can you tell that I just lover her!
I'm going to have you all R.S.V.P. on the linky below so I can get an idea of who will be coming to the chat. Only those who sign up on it will be able to participate and be eligible for a prize. The reason for this is because of the limited number for the chat roll. There's nothing else you have to do to participate. You don't even have to be a follower of this blog. All are welcomed to join in!

Cool Brenda! Before I sign up must check if I have kid activities to attend. If not I'll be there with some hot hazlenut blend :)
ReplyDeleteOh, yum, I love hazelnut! I hope you can, Kerri. Thanks for stopping by. :D
ReplyDeleteFun idea! That is the time between kid pick ups so I'll swing by for most of it. How does it work? Do we just type questions in the comments on that day?
ReplyDeleteI now have a burning urge to bake cookies.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like so much fun! Already marked it on my calendar!
Awesome idea Brenda!
ReplyDeleteNeat concept. I'm definitely looking forward to this.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you're all joining in!
ReplyDeleteCharity - I will have a chat box going in the blog on that day and you'll all sign up and chat like you're in a chat room.
What an awesome idea! Thanks, Brenda!! I'm looking forward to it.
ReplyDeleteSuch a cool idea, Brenda! I will be drinking decaf (or possibly tea - is that allowed?).
ReplyDeleteAwesome idea Brenda! Looking forward to it! Thanks for coming up with such a great idea! :)
ReplyDeleteWish I could attend, but the timing doesn't work out. Hopefully I'll be able to sign up for future chats. Great idea!
ReplyDeleteFabulous! Marked my calendar. :)
ReplyDeleteI'll be at work! I'm so sad that I'm going to miss it. :-(
ReplyDeleteYay! You always have such fun things, Brenda! Thanks to you and Cassandra. :) I'll be there with a coffee and a smile and probably a question or two. ;)
ReplyDeleteYou bet tea is allowed, Vicki! That's what I'm having too!
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited about the chat! Hope to see you guys then! <3
Glad to see you all signing up! For those of you who are missing out because of work, I'll have the chat up for you to read afterward. And we'll try to have coffee breaks different times in the future.
ReplyDeleteAs far as tea goes, I'm a tea drinker as well as a coffee drinker, so please drink whatever you'd like during the chat. I know Cass will be drinking a berry type of tea, I believe.
Great Idea! Too bad I'm 3hrs behind EST time.
ReplyDeleteWish you all a lot of fun.
Looks like fun! I'm excited. That's 2pm CST, right?
ReplyDeleteEleni, yes that would 2pm CST. For everyone else, it's 1pm MST and 12pm PST.
ReplyDeleteSo excited to learn from other editors and people in the publishing/writing biz. Talk to you all tomorrow!
